Creating your account

Getting started takes a couple of minutes. This guide walks you through signing up, verifying your email, and logging in.

Sign up

1. Go to the sign-up page.
2. Enter your work email and choose a password. We show a strength meter as you type — aim for a strong, unique password.
3. Complete the quick bot check (a one-click verification box). This keeps automated sign-ups out and is the only "captcha" you'll see.
4. Click Create account.

A few things to know:

• We block disposable / throwaway email addresses. Use a real inbox you can receive mail at.
• One email = one login. You can invite teammates later from the Team tab — see Inviting your team.

Verify your email

For security, you must confirm your email before you can sign in:

1. Open the email from SunoVoice AI titled something like "Confirm your email."
2. Click the confirmation link. It opens SunoVoice AI and marks your account verified.
3. If it doesn't arrive within a minute, check spam, then use Resend on the sign-up screen.

Log in

1. Go to the log-in page.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. You'll land on your dashboard — your home base. See the dashboard tour next.

Forgot your password?

On the log-in page, click Forgot password, enter your email, and we'll send a reset link. Open it and choose a new password.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to sign up? No. You start on a free trial with no card required. Add a payment method only when you're ready to choose a plan — see Plans & billing.

I didn't get the verification email. Check your spam folder and confirm you typed your address correctly. Then click Resend. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us.

Can I change my email later? Reach out via Contact and we'll help you update it.
