Organization settings
Manage your organization's name and the billing profile that appears on your invoices.
The Settings tab holds your organization's account-wide details. These apply to everyone on your team and appear in places like your invoices.
Organization name
Your organization name identifies your account across the dashboard (and in the sidebar). Update it on the Settings tab whenever your business name changes.
Billing profile
Your billing profile is the company information printed on your invoices — things like your legal/business name and address. Set it accurately so your invoices are valid for your records and accounting:
- Open the Settings tab.
- Fill in your billing/company details.
- Save. New invoices will use this profile.

Who can change settings
Organization settings are account-wide, so changes affect your whole team. Manage who can edit them via roles on the Team tab.
Frequently asked questions
Will changing my billing profile update past invoices? It applies to invoices going forward. If you need a correction to an existing invoice, contact us.
Is the organization name shown to callers? No — it's an internal account label. What callers hear comes from each agent's greeting and instructions (see Creating an agent).
