Plans, payments & invoices

Understand the plans, pay securely by card, manage auto-renew, download invoices, and cancel or reactivate.

The Billing tab is where you choose a plan, manage your payment method, and find your invoices. This guide covers all of it.

Plans

SunoVoice AI offers a free trial plus three paid plans:

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of talk minutes and knowledge storage; higher plans include more of both. See current details and any add-ons on the pricing page.

Paying by card

Checkout happens right inside the app — no redirect.

  1. Open Billing and choose a plan.
  2. Enter your billing details and card information in the secure checkout.
  3. Confirm. Your plan activates immediately.

Card details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider and never touch our servers.

Auto-renew

Paid plans renew monthly so your service never lapses:

  • We securely store your card and charge it at each renewal.
  • You can toggle auto-renew on or off on the Billing tab.
  • The Billing tab always shows your renewal date, included minutes, and the card on file (e.g. "Renews on July 12 — we'll charge $49 to VISA ••••1234").

If a renewal can't be charged

If auto-renew is off, there's no valid card, or a charge fails, your account is suspended rather than billed. While suspended, your agents stop taking new calls. Update your card or re-enable auto-renew to restore service right away.

Updating your card

On the Billing tab, use Update card / Add a card to securely save a new card. This re-vaults the new card for future renewals without charging it.

Invoices

Every payment generates an invoice you can view and download as a PDF from the Billing tab. Invoices show your organization's billing profile — set that up under Organization settings.

Cancel or reactivate

  • Cancel any time from the Billing tab. You keep access until the end of your current paid period.
  • Reactivate later to pick up where you left off.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a card for the free trial? No. Add a card only when you choose a paid plan.

What happens to my data if I cancel? Your configuration is retained per our policy so you can reactivate. Contact us if you need specifics for your situation.

Can I change plans? Yes — upgrade or downgrade on the Billing tab; the change applies to your subscription.
