A tour of your dashboard

What every menu in the SunoVoice AI dashboard does, and where to find each feature.

After you log in, you land on the dashboard. The left sidebar is your main navigation. Here's what each item does and where to read more.

The plan banner

If you're on the free trial, a banner at the top of the dashboard shows your trial status and a link to choose a plan. It disappears once you're on a paid plan.

Each page has a help note

Every dashboard page has a short "What this page does" note at the bottom, so you always know what the section is for at a glance. This support portal goes deeper on each one.

A logical order to set things up

If you're brand new, work through it in this order:

  1. Agents — create your first agent.
  2. Knowledge — give it your business info.
  3. Phone numbers — get a number and assign it.
  4. Calls — make a test call and review the transcript.
