Inviting and managing your team

Invite teammates, assign roles, and revoke access so the right people can help run your agents.

Run SunoVoice AI with your team. On the Team tab you can invite colleagues, set what they can do, and remove access when someone leaves.

Invite a teammate

  1. Open the Team tab.
  2. Click Invite, enter the person's email, and choose their role.
  3. Send the invite. They receive an email to join your organization; once they accept and sign in, they appear on your team.

Roles

Roles control what a member can do:

  • Owner — full control, including billing and team management. (That's you, by default.)
  • Admin — manage agents, numbers, knowledge, and other settings, including inviting teammates and managing API keys.
  • Member — work with agents and review calls, without account-level administration.

Sensitive actions — like managing API keys and billing — are limited to owners and admins.

Manage existing members

From the Team tab you can:

  • Change a role as someone's responsibilities change.
  • Revoke access to remove a member immediately — useful when someone leaves.

Tips

  • Give people the least access they need — use Member for day-to-day users and reserve Admin for those who manage configuration.
  • Revoke promptly when someone departs.
  • Each member signs in with their own account — never share a single login.
