Testing your agent
Try your agent before real callers do — with a browser test call or a live phone call — then review the transcript.
Never point real callers at an untested agent. SunoVoice AI gives you two easy ways to try it first.
Browser test call
The fastest way to hear your agent:
- Open the agent from the Agents list.
- Start a test call — your browser connects you straight to the agent.
- Talk to it as a caller would. Try your common questions and a booking.
- End the call when you're done.
No phone number is required for a browser test, so you can do this even before you buy a number.
Live phone test
To test the real phone experience:
- Make sure the agent has a number assigned.
- Call that number from your phone.
- Have a full conversation — ask questions, request a transfer, try to book.
Review what happened
After any test, open Calls to see the call's:
- Recording — listen back to the whole conversation.
- Transcript — read it line by line, speaker by speaker.
- Summary — an AI recap, including sentiment and whether it was resolved.

What to check
- Does the greeting sound right?
- Does it answer accurately from your knowledge? If it says it doesn't know something it should, add that info.
- Does it book correctly if you've connected a calendar?
- Does it transfer to the right place when asked?
- Does it stay on-brand in tone?
Adjust the agent's instructions and knowledge, then test again. A few rounds of this is the fastest path to a great agent.
